The Univeristy of Sydney

 

The Sydney University Dental Association was established in the 1920s as the representative body for all dental students in New South Wales and it is one the longest standing associations at the University of Sydney. We represent all Dental and Oral Health students at the University of Sydney.

 

SUDA is involved in advocacy, supporting the interests of students, as well as running networking opportunities including social and sporting events throughout the year.

 

Our yearly events include:

• First Year Camp

• Dental Cruise

• Grand Dental Ball (in association with DASUS alumni society)

• Roland Bryant Cup (in association with CSU)

• Other sporting events including Soccer (Students vs Alumni), Rugby & Touch (Quad-Faculty Tournament), Cricket (Jenning's Shield)

• Women in Dentistry Cocktail Night

• Rural Information Evenings

 

Our events always gather a solid turnout and foster a sense of fellowship and fun.

Our students enjoy study and placements on the main campus, Sydney Dental Hospital Surry Hills and Westmead Hospital.
