The University of Melbourne

The Melbourne Dental Students’ Society (MDSS) was established in 1940s. Currently it represents over 400 Bachelor of Oral Health (BOH) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) students at the Melbourne Dental School (MDS). MDSS advocates students’ rights, while also providing support and information to the student body to prepare them for their professional careers.

Additionally, MDSS holds a number of annual social events that provide networking opportunities to all students at the MDS. Our aim is to foster a sense of community and create a positive, supportive environment where students can build life-long relationships with future colleagues.
